Updates

The chatbot's knowledge is primarily based on information available up until October 2023. This means it may not be aware of recent global events, newly released products, or other general updates beyond that time. However, for information specifically related to LOL CAP, the chatbot is updated once a month to reflect the latest policies, product offerings, and business changes.

Errors

For the best experience, users should type clearly and use proper spelling and grammar. While minor typos may occasionally be recognized, significant misspellings (e.g., "Plsze" instead of "Please") can make it difficult for the chatbot to understand the request. Additionally, submitting empty messages, random text (such as "afakscjioenfsij"), or incomplete phrases may cause the chatbot to misinterpret the request or fail to generate a response.
