3. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

4. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the original location of the product and the destination.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at lolcap.llc@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to attempt to resolve the issue, yet some of the time, your order may be lost permanently.​

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing LOL CAP LLC. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. Please take a moment to review our return, refund, and exchange policy:

No refunds or returns ever. Exchanges may be available to you. Read the exceptions section below to learn more.

1. At LOL CAP LLC, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any products purchased. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Exceptions:
An exception may be applicable if you can provide at least 5 high quality images of the damage/deformity within 5 days of receiving your product to our customer service at lolcap.llc@gmail.com; or you can visit our Help Center to report the problem. At that point, we may be able to provide an exchange, where you will receive a reprint of the product you ordered (no changes such as colors or sizes) for completely free while keeping the damaged product. We are sorry to inform you, but we still don't offer returns or refunds ever (no exceptions ever).

3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order (please also provide at least 5 high quality pictures.) We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Yet, as our policy states, no refunds or returns, but we will check if you are available to receive an exchange. And we will do the best we can to resolve the issue.
