The name “LOL CAP LLC,” along with any logos, slogans, mottos, taglines, or similar brand identifiers (e.g., “A clothing company that doesn’t stop there”), are proprietary to LOL CAP LLC. Though not currently trademarked, unauthorized use may result in legal action.

All website content—including but not limited to text, graphics, images, product photos, and downloadable materials—is either owned by LOL CAP LLC or licensed by third parties and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
