All content provided on the LOL CAP LLC website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of LOL CAP LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Unauthorized use of any materials on this website, including reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication, without the prior written consent of LOL CAP LLC, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

If you believe that any content on the LOL CAP LLC website infringes upon your copyright, please notify us immediately at lolcap.llc@gmail.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. Use of the LOL CAP logo/name or any sayings used on this website such as but not limited to "A clothing company that doesn't stop there" without consent is not allowed and if used in any way without consent may result in immediate legal action such as a lawsuit.

By using our online website, you hereby agree to our Terms & Conditions, and Shipping and Returns policy. You hereby agree that you will not sue LOL CAP LLC or it's employees for damages/deformities to you or your product. You hereby agree to not use the LOL CAP logo/name or any sayings for any purpose unless written consent by LOL CAP LLC is provided.

13. Agreement Not to Take Legal Action

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree not to take legal action against LOL CAP LLC for any damages or deformities to you or your product. LOL CAP LLC is a Limited-Liability Company (LLC), and as such, we are protected from personal liability for the debts and obligations of the business.

14. Payments in Person

If you purchase a product from an employee/owner or affiliate of LOL CAP LLC without using this website, you are not freed from these Terms and Conditions. If purchasing without use of this website, a physical sheet of paper will be given to you and will contain your signature. By signing your name on the sheet of paper, you hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions.

15. Reassurance to you

These Terms & Conditions are not commonly needed yet they are made just in case anything happens that is unexpected such as a product deformity. We assure you that these Terms & Conditions are not to scare or intimidate you, but they are here for unplanned situations. Product deformity is very uncommon, but if it happens, these Terms & Conditions are here to protect LOL CAP LLC against lawsuits and other legal actions. Please note that customer care is a big thing here at LOL CAP and we don't want to scare you with these Terms & Conditions.
